For a few days I hung some stuff in a former kid room located in a Art Nouveau house builded by architect Michel Mayeres (Brussels). By the way of engraved words or through childish drawing giving form to worried feelings, these works bear the imprint of our today concerns, going from the need of social recognition to the exhibition of my own fragility. This ensemble converges to one simple question: what does is mean to paint in such trouble times?
