I've burned a secret is an edited object. As the title suggests it, I wrote a secret on a sheet of paper, burned it and put the ashes into a glass vial. I used to do this ritual as a child, on the advice of my church-lady grandmother. She never heard about performativity of language but knows a lot about it.
